About the Event

Experience the most enticing part of Kerala food scenes that is at Thattukadas. These are the roadside eateries that serve the local delish with a tantalizing taste and we at SALT MANGO TREE relive those moments at our Thattukada Festival!

Thattukada is a kerala street food festival with unlimited food at a vibrant Thattukada ambiance presented at the Salt Mango Tree restaurant... no boring fine dining buffet, all live freshly prepared food for you to come along and enjoy this experience from Kerala! 

Live preparations will include seafood carts, many vegetarian and non vegetarian starters, Mutta preparations (numerous egg preparations including Quail eggs), Currys including chicken, beef, boti and fish curries in various preperations (Varutharcha, Nadan, Mulakittathu etc.), vegetarian options includes Vegetable Stews, Kadala curry (Black gram curry), Vegetable Kurma to name a few to go with Aapams, Kappa (Spiced Tappioca), Malabar parrota and kerala matta rice etc..... and the list goes on.....
